We had an absolutely amazing experience! We rented a car for 10 days and drove from Tirana to Ksamil and back. Everything was perfect — the car was in great condition, and the service was outstanding! They provided a child seat and a second driver for free, which was super helpful during the trip. Italian language skills definitely helped in communication, and they were flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. It wasn’t exactly the car we originally booked, but it worked just fine. All in all, a nice and easy experience with really kind people.

Very solid company, car was nice and clean. I was very late to pick it up and there was no problem at all about it. Guys are very responsive on WhatsApp, every question I had they have answered almost immediately. The price for the car was also very good compared to the competition. I can totally recommend it, if I’m coming back I’ll use it again definitely.

We have rented a car 2 years in a row now with Air Rental. Never had any issues, fantastic service. They pick you up just outside the exit at the airport and are available throughout your whole stay. We rented a VW Touran with our family of 5 for three weeks, to drive through Albania. The car was old (269.000 km) and not cheap, but exactly what we wanted, because in Albania you don’t want to drive a new car (for many reasons). Underway in the North of Albania we got a flat tire that we needed to get repaired in Bajram Curri. Costed €30. Someone also had hit our rear bumper while we were parked. Upon return of the car, as promised by Air Rental, we got the €30 returned and we didn’t have to pay for the bumper damage. They also brought us to the airport. Highly recommend this company!

A very positive experience with this company. The representative met us at the airport as agreed, around 3:00 a.m., and helped us with a SIM card. We received exactly the car we had booked, with full additional insurance. Over 10 days we visited many places, and the car never let us down, handling all the mountain roads in the north and south of the country that we drove through. In the city of Saranda, we got caught in a storm on August 30, 2025, where unfortunately the car was damaged. When returning the car, there were no issues since we had full insurance. The return process was flexible, and the representative came to pick up the car earlier than the scheduled time at the hotel near the airport where we were staying.
