My request for a quote was actioned promptly and Michael was amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, Polite and answered all my questions and advised what care I could give the tree and what work would be carried out. He took photos of the tree so he could advise his team of the work required. His team came within days and were also amazing! They were so professional and polite and were very careful of my lawn and neighbours property. Nat was brilliant getting out to all the dead wood. The crew cleaned up thoroughly. I absolutely recommend Rennie Bros Tree Services. Not the cheapest of quotes but as they say ‘you get what you pay for’ and they were fantastic.

I could not be happier with the services provided by Rennie Bros. This was the second time I’ve used them and again, they did not disappoint. This time is was to trim a monster of a cabbage tree palm, very close to the house and neighbour’s fence line, so awkward to access. The 4 men in attendance made quick work of the job, very thoroughly, and the cleanup of debris on both properties. I whole-heartedly recommend them as their tree services for cost & thoroughness would be the gold standard in this field.

Of the three quotes I got these guys were a lot less expensive than the other two. They came on time, did a fantastic job at removing two large trees only a few metres from my house and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.

A huge thank you to Stuart — he is truly the best arborist expert you can find! I’m not even his direct client, but many of my friends have worked with him and highly recommended him to me when I had an urgent issue with council. I called Stuart while he was literally at a doctor’s appointment, yet he still jumped onto his computer as soon as he could and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to argue my case with council. Even though I didn’t pay him anything, he was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. Thanks to his amazing help, council approved the tree immediately instead of making us wait six months, which has made a huge difference to my client’s development timeline. Stuart is a true legend — knowledgeable, professional, and has a heart of gold. Highly recommended!

Review of the bamboo root removal by Rennie Bros When it comes to addressing a series of structural problems caused by the expanding ‘concrete like’ mass of bamboo roots (damage to sewerage line, pool pipes, electrical conduit, paving, fence, gate and retaining wall) it was difficult to find anyone who was able to help. For most of those who came to look at the problem and quote it was ‘no go’. Michael from Rennie Bros was the only optimistic inspector who offered a viable solution. He was very helpful. Rennies did what they said they could. The relatively impenetrable bamboo roots in a difficult narrow location were completely destroyed with a small scale stump grinder. Alex, contracted to do the job was superb. Once this was done very cleanly and successfully, we were able to start addressing the ‘bamboo fallout’ problems. We thank and congratulate Rennies for their helpful problem solving approach.

I was very happy with Rennie Bros who removed my large & awkwardly sited Spotted Gum tree from my front-yard. I was impressed that Rennie Bros asked the right questions at initial contact such as underground services for the stump-grinding process. Also that it was considered wiser to use a cherry-picker rather than just climbing the tree due to the tree branches being unable to carry the weight of a person safely both over my roof & also over the street power-lines. This required the overhead electricity & internet cables to be removed from my house which their electrician was very good returning to restore supply about when he indicated he would later that day. I also noted that large plastic traffic-cones were placed over the front-yard tap & water-meter to minimize the chances of damage to them during the removal process. Progressive clean-up was regularly performed during the tree-removal work. I would certainly use them again & recommend them to friends & family.

I would like to thank the whole team at Renni Bros. I could not be more impressed by the whole service from start to finish. I called and the next day had a lovely rep Ryan come out and complete the quote . They were able to fit me in on a tight timeframe even though they were so busy at this time of year. When the team turned up they took the time to talk and really understood what I needed. My hedges were tricky around a large pool but they were so efficient and cleaned up everything to perfection. The hedges look amazing and I’m so happy with the job. Great company do deal with and great employees! Thank you so much I will be calling you again. 😊
