Renewal with Grace Inc.

I contracted Renewal with Grace for Lead Remediation. Omar, the owner and his men removed all window, door frames and borders which contained lead in a five room apartment. Three doors also contained lead and they were removed and replaced with new doors. A ceiling was also replaced in one room. The apartment was completely renovated and painted. It is now lead-free. All work was professionally done and the cleanup was excellent leaving the apartment smelling fresh and clean. I highly recommend Renewal with Grace for not only lead remediation but they also do Asbestos removal, renovations and more! Omar, the owner, is hands-on working with his staff. They were all respectful and professional. You will not be disappointed!

Literally the best company to work with. I recommend 100%!!! They are so kind, hardworking and leave you speechless. Absolutely stunned with the results. I needed to install a wall in my space in a week before opening my studio and they were able to do it, first, within a couple of hours and they were able to do it before my opening day!!! I know other companies would say sorry we can do it a week before your opening but Renewal with Grace said they could do it and they were fast!!! I trusted them with my company and you should too. *Bonus* After they finished, naturally I thought I would have to broom and mop the debris, but I didn’t need to, the space they used was cleaned by them!!! Omar and his team did a very thorough and professional job at an affordable price. We waited on asbestos removal way longer than we should have and now very pleased with how non-disruptive it actually was (compared to what we thought it would be). They were very helpful in working around and moving our clutter. A lot of quotes we got were a song and dance which I quickly dismissed. Omar is a straightshooter and would definitely use him again. Finally found a provider for our dental care. Everyone is friendly, kind and professional. The receptionist is super nice and worked with me on finding an appointment that would work my schedule. I was acknowledged and assisted right away. Dr Sunny is patient and takes time to answer all questions in detail. During the complex procedure he made me feel comfortable and at ease. He personally followed up the next day to make sure all is ok. Great dental practice, highly recommend

Had a fantastic experience with this company! Omar made the time on a Saturday to come provide an estimate for removing asbestos tiles in my basement. After feeling taken advantage of by other companies, I really appreciated his honesty and reasonable pricing. He answered all of my questions prior to agreeing to the work and then got me on the schedule right away. The crew showed up on time, knew what had to be done, treated my home with care, and were both professional and friendly. Once finished, they set clear expectations for when I could go downstairs, and they had a receipt already drawn up and labeled for me. A few days later, I realized some of the encapsulation wore away due to a slow leak in a pipe I had in the ceiling (completely unrelated to this job) so I reached out to Omar to see if he could help, and he coordinated a touch up within the week which was very much appreciated. My only regret is not finding this company sooner so that I could have used them for past work I had done. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

Omar was the most responsible and dedicated person who helped me resolve the lead issues. He remained highly professional throughout the entire process, even while managing situations with tenants living in the apartment during the work. I highly recommend the company.
