i needed a few pounds of dry ice. i went to the warehouse with out calling or knowing anything i saw one of the bays open so i decided to see if anyone would help me out i was immediately helped very professional amazing experience most businesses immediately rejected me when they know i needed only a few pounds and there guys helped me out. in future reference now i know where to go and call if in the future i know where i need more ice

Just looked up dry ice buisness to purchase for my daughters birthday party this weekend mit tight now....the web site says closing soon at 5 pm so its 4:22 i wanted to call for a price and availability. i had a very rude guy answer the phone and the first thing he said is we are closed I said ok im calling to ask a question so when i let him know his internet says 5pm he laughed and said thanks for the info, no customer service at all any business that I know that is closed is closed no one rude usually picks up the phone to say they are closed or to be rude.... call me crazy
