I can't tell you how wonderful these people are. Service and the customer come first with Darren and the team always prepared to go the extra mile to help. We've been using their services regularly over the last ten years and that involves a return journey of over 300 miles, but it's worth it! The sooner you join the Reliance club, the sooner you'll have a reliable, trustworthy partner to look after you and your motorhome or caravan. They do all the obvious stuff like habitation service and repairs but they've also got mechanics on site for all the engine related stuff, they'll also organise your MOT for you and they've got a couple of courtesy cars available if needed.

Amazing customer service from Reliance, Darren and the team are extremely knowledgeable. They managed to fit us in at short notice to fix a leaking skylight and save our family holiday. Couldn't recommend then any more highly and wouldn't take our motorhome anywhere else!

Don't often leave reviews, but Reliance was outstanding! Arrived 5 mins to 5 with fresh water tap outlet broken so lost our water on journey. (Scary, but steam is better than smoke!) Nothing was too much trouble for the owner and staff, including smiles and offers of coffee in warm waiting room. Quick finish of existing job on ramp, ours up, repaired with couple of options offered, spotted a "something to watch" while up on ramp and told us, and on our way in 40 mins. Pity so far from Aberdeen as would be our go to garage for maintenance. Proper customer service, impressed!

Great experience from the team at Reliance. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable and communicate clearly. A breath of fresh air compared to other “service” centres that I’ve used previously. Highly recommend.

We had been struggling when disconnecting our Mazda Bongo hook up cable on holiday. Having contacted other firms who offered no help at all we contacted Reliance who booked us in to replace our mains inlet. On the actual day an engineer offered to look at the problem before starting work and found our cable connector was more likely to be the issue. He was able to change the connector and offered advice about our electrical supply. We were only charged a nominal fee for labour and the parts cost. Invaluable advice was all included! Great to find a company still interested in small jobs. We'll definitely tell our campervan friends about Reliance. Thank you.

Out of this world customer service...... Above and beyond helpful........ Knights in shining armour.......... HIGHLY RECOMMEND Despite calling and emailing just after closing Darren & Chris were swift to respond and came to our rescue with some sound advice, super recommendations and connected us with a gearbox repair place to be recovered too the same night...... All whilst we sat on the side of the M25 awaiting vehicle recovery. As new Motorhomers (6 months in) we've found our friendly local service and repair garage when the time comes.

Fantastic service , nothing was to much trouble , Nice friendly staff , explained everything down to the last detail in plain English so I could understand , clean workshops , and covers used on seats and carpets covered while work was being done , picked up motorhome and dropped it off , or while drop you home and collect you . Fairly priced ! And give you all paperwork relevant to work carried out and sighted by technicians .great little company I'd recommend them and am doing .

A great find. They undertook the replacement of my motorhome's leaking water tank, which was beyond repair, and did a very professional job indeed. Becky and Gerry in the office were a pleasure to deal with. Sean who did the entire job from initial assessment to completion is to be commended for his helpfulness and excellent workmanship. I was able to view the work being done both part way through and at completion which gives great reassurance. Thank you all very much indeed.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Great customer service from start to finish. Becky & Geri in the office, and Darren the engineer, together with the rest of the team, potentially saved our lives when they discovered some live wiring in the Motorhome we'd recently purchased. Went through every stage of the work being carried out, and a full explanation when all the work had been completed. We now have a motorhome that is fully functional... and Safe!!! Thank you.
