I had an excellent experience working with Igor and his team on a pantry installation and converting a downstairs closet into a laundry room. Igor, the owner, was incredibly responsive — quick to set up the initial consultation and estimate, and always available to answer questions throughout the process. He handled the building permit process and coordinated smoothly with our HOA, which made everything so much easier. Oleg, who did the construction work, was meticulous and highly skilled. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. He took the time to get every element just right — even going above and beyond by creating a little hideaway space for our cats under the cabinets upstairs and designing a clever mirror that opens to access our electrical panel. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the team were top-notch. Highly recommend!

Igor and his team did an awesome job with refinishing our balcony. They were fast and efficient, and the quality of the work was great, and they were open and honest at all times. There was one small area they missed during the job (on the outside railings so it was hard to see), but Igor had his worker come back and patch it right away without question. Igor was very knowledgeable about what my deck needed to be restored. He helped me by developing a good pricing structure. He and Vladimir were able to start the project a day early and completed the deck restoration one day faster than estimated. It looks beautiful and really showed how weathered the deck had become. My deck was restored just in time because it rained that night. I will contact him when it is time for some maintenance work.

We recently worked with Igor and Ilya on two projects. The first was a complicated mud room to bedroom conversion. A lot of custom work had to be done and their attention to detail was amazing. We were so pleased with our experience we hired them again to build us a 10 x 12 " shed" we are using it for our home library, office and gym. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. What we appreciate the most is their communication and follow through. Both projects were finished in less time than estimated. I honestly can not recommend them enough.

The Reliable team remodeled two bathrooms, refreshed our kitchen with new paint, hinges, pulls and slides, and they helped us convert a nook into a closet with some really nice door work. I would absolutely refer and recommend Reliable to my friends and family. Igor, Ilya and Mike were fantastic to work with and were very responsive and professional. The quality of their work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Some highlights: -- The bath tile we wanted was delayed 45 days (my fault), they worked around that delay and kept the project on time -- A few kitchen cabinets had very minor paint touch ups needed after installation. The next day Igor drove out and used a Q-tip to fix the issues and make them look perfect. You won't get better service than that. -- Their subcontractors were very skilled, responsive, reliable and professional. The tile work (see photos) was absolutely stunning. Corners, alignment, edges, everything just looks excellent! The way they did the tile around our primary shower drain brings a smile to my face, I love the attention to detail, just perfect. -- We bought all the materials and they helped guide us through the process. They were so patient and understanding when helping me source materials or things I forgot to buy or hadn't considered. -- I got quite a few bids on this project, Reliable wasn't the cheapest but they were not the most expensive. I feel like we got top quality work at a reasonable price. -- The project finished on time, they cleaned the work site and removed all the project debris promptly. -- Mike was our project manager and he'd happily drive out to pick up materials for us and he went the extra mile to communicate and make the project run as smoothly as possible Reliable was great. You hear all these horror stories online about contractors that drag projects out, milk clients for extra money, and don't deliver on their promises. Reliable wasn't like that at all, pricing for change orders I wanted were fair, they over delivered on their promises, and they finished everything right on time. Conclusion: If you're looking for a professional and responsive team to remodel your home you can't go wrong with Reliable. I had the pleasure of having Igor and his team work on my bathroom and kitchen. There are not enough good things to say about the work they did. They helped me throughout the process with decision making and had great recommendations. The team could not have been nicer and the end result is outstanding. They were able to do the work even earlier than they estimated without missing a beat. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat and have, in fact, told many people how great they are. We worked with Vanguard to refinish a deck and it looks completely brand new. The team power washed, sanded, and resealed/stained the deck over a period of three days and did an amazing job. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the pricing is very reasonable. We would definitely work with Igor and his team again.
