Great service from Jay! I recently purchased a Sole F85 treadmill and unfortunately some parts arrived bent during shipping. As soon as the replacement parts arrived, Jay contacted me and scheduled a time to come out. He replaced the damaged parts, assembled everything, tested the treadmill, and made sure it was working perfectly before leaving. He was very professional and even took the time to teach me how to properly maintain the treadmill. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Reliable Fitness Repairs accurately diagnosed the problem with my Bowflex treadmill, which had been improperly assembled by the original delivery team. The uprights supporting the upper console, hand grips, and lower console were missing critical hardware. RFR identified where the missing bolts belonged and secured the structure, stabilizing the treadmill for the first time since it had been assembled. RFR was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about the treadmill’s mechanical design. I highly recommend their services.

Jay was a pleasure from beginning to end. He was always kind and polite and, I suppose most importantly, he knew exactly what he was doing, he did what he said he would, he charged me the price he said he was going to, and he kept in touch about arrival times. He even asked if he should take off his shoes so he wouldn't get my floor wet. My treadmill is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier.

Jay was a complete professional! I haven't had a working treadmill for 4 months and have had other technicians come--and not solve the problem. Jay assessed the situation and within about 1/2 hour, the sound of the treadmill was running once more. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to call Jay again.
