Great service from Jay! I recently purchased a Sole F85 treadmill and unfortunately some parts arrived bent during shipping. As soon as the replacement parts arrived, Jay contacted me and scheduled a time to come out.
He replaced the damaged parts, assembled everything, tested the treadmill, and made sure it was working perfectly before leaving. He was very professional and even took the time to teach me how to properly maintain the treadmill.
I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks Jay for making sure everything was done right!

Jay was great troubleshooting my treadmill. Very professional, knowledgeable & friendly! Highly recommend him as a technician. Will definitely be reaching out to him if I ever have any issues with my fitness machines. Will be recommending him to my family and friends as well.
