Venza wouldn't start so I called roadside assistance. They sent Reliable Auto Services. They called with an ETA and were on time. The guys showed up quickly and ascertained my battery issue would be best replaced. Since I bought the car used, I did not know when the battery was last replaced. Pricing was fair and they were there, so why not?! Under 20 minutes later, let me tell you, the car is driving like new! No more hesitant starts from a light and finally some spunk! Glad Reliable came it was a better, faster experience than scheduling drawn out appointments and dropping your car with a dealership or shop. Not to mention a we come to you warranty if it fails. Dealership can't and won't come close! A+ and thanks guys! Happy customer and recommended to all my friends.

Richard turned a horrible day into a great day. My auto insurance Company initially sent out another “provider” who announced after 90 minutes they could not come, after no communication up to that point. When insurance reassigned the job to Reliable, Richard called me immediately with an ETA of 9 minutes. Once on-site, he determined that the issue was a very old, depleted battery, and quickly replaced it with a better battery at a very good price, including installation. Highly recommend!

Reliable was very good at communicating with me via phone and text. The gentleman arrived quickly and quickly got my car battery working andcI was ready to go! He also gave me instructions to drive it for a half hour so as to make sure the battery charged itself thoroughly to avoid it dying. I was very pleased either Reliable's service!

Reliable Auto Services LLC came to my rescue & saved me!! I needed to get my medication. I get in the car & start it. Oh my God the dashboard goes crazy, lights flashing, ticking, clicking DEAD BATTERY. Rich arrived in 30 minutes. He explained what happened & the type battery I needed. Rich showed me his mobile warehouse with assorted batteries. In less than 10 minutes I was up & running. Thank you 🥰

Absolutely incredible service! Was at my location within 15 minutes, didn’t have the right battery at first but was able to get someone out fast and even offered to let me sit in his truck to wait him. Not only did we sit but we had a nice conversation and got to learn a lot about him, his business and life which is rare especially when dealing with mechanics and different shops. All in all it took him 10 minutes tops to do the repair and everything went smooth. I don’t just recommend this business, I highly recommend them. Fair prices and incredibly attention to detail. My battery died and I call my insurance company who interned call Reliable auto service which they called me quick. He was there in 20 minutes batteries and all. Took it out and replaced it in less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Excellent service. Real nice guy as well.

Holy moly! Have never had an auto service call be more punctual - usually have to wait hours. Reliable was there within a half hour. Ready and able to diagnose and take care of my unexpected problem. By chance, the battery I needed was not among the 15 or so the driver brought along. Said he'd be back ASAP and WAS!! Replaced my battery and had me back on the road almost instantly. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and ultra capable.

I needed a flat tire replaced. Rich called to let me know he was on the way and. Confirmed my location and arrived within 15 minutes. He changed the flat, informed me of what caused it, inspected my spare and the other tires and recommended action. Rich was courteous, professional, and very helpful. I would recommend Reliable!
