Rela Remodeling just finished our ADU. We could not be more happy or pleased with the completed project and the work as it progressed. Rony and Danielle were wonderful to work with. The quality of the work and attention to detail is outstanding. Rony was amazing at scheduling all of the different trades in a timely manner. He projected that the job would take 12 to 14 weeks. It took 14 weeks. Rony struck to the contract price. Any cost differences were discussed and agreed to. Rony was very responsive and patient with any questions I had. He responded to calls and texts extremely quickly. My family and I strongly recommend Rela Remodeling. It was a pleasure working with them, and hope to have the opportunity to work with them again.

I contacted Rony based on a referral from a friend to replace my roof. He took a look at my roof and said it just needed repair, not replacement. He took care of the repairs the next day. I then hired RELA to paint my house and he and his crew did an awesome job. Very professional. Completed the job in a week. Took care with my house (even took out my garbage bins for me!) I'd highly recommend RELA.

We hired Rony and his wife Danielle from RELA REMODELING to renovate our garage into a recreation room with a bathroom and small kitchen in North Hollywood. We are so happy with how it turned out! Rony was wonderful to work with from providing a clear evaluation of the project and approximate cost during our first meeting all the way through completing the finishing details at the end. We hired Rony for to build a new ADU and were mostly very happy with the results. Rony was incredibly responsive, creative, and solution-oriented, always keeping our vision in mind. His team of specialists did excellent work, and he really excelled at finding ways to make things happen. Our only feedback would be that we wished he had been more knowledgeable about local permits and codes, as we felt he sometimes acted as more of a middle man between us and his team. Overall, though, we appreciated his dedication and would recommend him for his responsiveness and creativity!

This was our first time ever hiring someone to do home improvements and we had always heard horror stories of work taking much longer and costing more then originally agreed upon. we were pleasantly surprised to have such a great experience using RELA Remodeling. Rony was always available when we called, his crew was on time and very polite and patient and respectful. The job was done on timed for the agreed amount. My kitchen is beautiful and i can’t wait to start our next project with Rony!

Contracted RELA to section off a family room into a permitted bedroom. They did the framing, electrical, drywall, molding, and installation of door. Competitive pricing, consistent communication, and great job quality! Did it all pretty quickly, too. Helped educate us on details we weren’t aware of and was there every step of the way for the inspections. Definitely will reach out again for our future projects!

I am a very,very happy customer! Rony is the dream contractor. His quote and timeline of work was realistic and honest. His outstanding communication skills kept the job moving at record speed. He coordinates an expert team of trades-electrician, plumber, framers, drywall, flooring and painters. He always listened and communicated with me through the process.
