We were experiencing terrible water ingress into our property and no one contractor we contacted could explain why. He submitted a ‘corrective action specification’ and cost which we accepted. The project involved concrete underpinning to the extension, new retaining walling, drainage system and paving. The project was extremely challenging due to location of the extension however the team overcame all issues with humour and skill.
All water ingress into the property has now stopped and the finish of the walling and paving is beautiful. Rejuvenate on site team were extremely experienced and highly motivated professional individuals. We are so grateful they solved our problems we can now sleep again at night.
