If you’re looking for a great company to clear some land, Reid Land Services is the one! I had an acre and a half of very tall blackberry bushes I needed cleared. Skylar and Allen did an outstanding job! My land was very challenging, buried under the blackberries were hills and stumps. They handled everything thrown at them very professionally! Thank you for a great job!

Jeff and his team are professional and do great work. They are realistic with their bids and honest on pricing. Jeff especially goes to great lengths to understand and work with his clients needs. I had a pond that needed draining and they did a great job and even picked up some of the issues with the existing drainage systems of the house.

Working with Jeff and his team was great. Jeff helped us through the process of figuring out what we needed, sent articles about choices available to us, and was very patient while we worked through all of that HOA stuff. They showed up on the day scheduled, did the work over a few days and departed. They always asked if they could park a truck here, or a tractor there. Really affable and in all ways a pleasant experience. The work is well done, we have a crown in our road now, all the potholes are gone, and it looks great. Very much recommend these guys.

Jeff and crew did excellent work in Feb 2024! After seven months of cutting and hauling wood, they were able come and pull out all the stumps and grade the land. I appreciate the quality work they were able to do within a few days. Please see the before and after photos.

We hired Reid Land Services to scrape and re-gravel our driveway, as well as to pull some stumps and pack a gravel pad for a chicken coup we are building. They also ran demolition on a small outbuilding. Jeff was polite and informative and suggested several services his team could provide that we mostly ended up going with. He was careful to avoid damage to our septic system with heavy equipment. I am very happy with the work that Jeff and his team did. His contractors were really easy and fun to work with and showed up on time and got the job done well. I would definitely recommend them and will likely call on them again in the future if I need more land work done.

We have worked with Jeff twice on our rural plot and they’ve done fantastic work both times. I especially appreciate how they handle unexpected circumstances and keep us appraised of how they intend to handle it, and the expected effects on price and timeline. Jeff also worked directly with another professional we had hired and did on the fly adjustments to make sure the scope of work didn’t conflict with what the other project would later require. Communication with us was outstanding throughout. I feel fortunate to have found such a great crew to work with and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
