Jack reviewed all downspout placements before he started work. He made sure the job was done correctly. On the back porch roof Desiree designed the gutters to run the downspout along the roof line and tie it into the lower porch gutter. Excellent design and materials used. Our entire experience with Regular Gutters was great. They came out and gave us a quote and explained exactly what they would be doing and why they would be doing it. After getting our quote, we were able to have our gutters installed within the next couple of weeks. Every time a decision needed to be made during the install, we were informed and able to choose what we wanted instead of them deciding for us.
