I had a horrible experience at this facility. Dr. Todd Tillmanns is very rude and arrogant. I was asked by another female doctor who was working with him, if I wanted him or her to perform the procedure. She said she did it a couple of times sucessfully, so I said she can do it. Dr. Tillmanns and the other female doctor came in, and she called for another female coworker to come and assist with the procedure. I thought since there were two females in there, he would've left. Well, he did'nt. While they were prepping to do the procedure, he stood between the foot rest and asked me to scoot to the end of the table. Mind you, they were still prepping the product, and there was no need for me to scoot at the moment. I was exposed and he did'nt drape any cover over me. I covered myself with a torn paper cover I had. I felt violated and embarrassed. He knew exactly what he was doing. He wanted to humiliate me. When he was satisfied, he left the room with a smirk, open the door and did'nt tell the doctor to cover me. So, he didnt care who saw me naked. To add insult to injury, when I was out of the room, he looked at me and said, look at you!. What doctor speaks to their patient like that? Well, i'm no longer at that location. I asked to be moved!

Fast, friendly, and quality staff. Very pleased!! Fastest and most painless IV I’ve ever had, which is a big deal. MRI tech was so kind and sweet. Made me feel comfortable. Could not have had a better experience.

The visit was handled very quickly and professionally. My. Ultrasound was done with professionalism, and I really like my Provider- her name was Allison, I think. The receptionist who scheduled my next appointment was so so very nice and friendly. She even said “I want to find a good time that’s convenient for you! “ I drive 3 hours to appts and needed a later time in the morning. I am so thankful for West Cancer Clinic!

The radiology staff is wonderful. Especially the two MRI Tracey’s!!! They make me feel comfortable and loved every year when I see them. They are professional, quick & always happy. They sure help calm my nerves.

The people are professional but at the same time make you feel great. They listen and interact to make your experience stress free. I appreciate each and everyone involved in my being there and taking care of me.

Everyone is extremely kind!! They were so patient with me and my nervousness. Made me feel completely at ease and talked me through every step of the process! Could not have been a better experience!

Tracy the person who did my breast MRI is absolutely EXCELLENT. I get her every year and I am so pleased with her. Her personality - her everything is outstanding. Thank you

I went there hoping to be helped but the staff was not helpful. Years ago Dr. Martin spent more time with you in the office now it is a matter of in and out within 5 minutes. I was not informed about my blood work. So sad that nowadays doctors and more interest in building their welfare and richest than being dedicated to their patients.

Everyone was so helpful and encouraging! Both Tracy ladies in radiology were so positive and professional. Blessed to have such a caring place to go.
