I have been very pleased with customer service at the Reggie Rabb State Farm Agency in La Crosse, Wi. The two agents I have spoken with (Ryan & Adam) are both very proud of their agency. Customer satisfaction is highly important to both. I met with Ryan re: a particular concern for a family member. He was interested, took extra time, was compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful. He offered very appropriate suggestions and insights as well.
I would highly recommend this particular State Farm Agency to others. Thank you.
