A quick blurb about my experience. The company made a slight error on their end of logistics. I called to point out said error. Within MINUTES they corrected the issue and then some. Im staying vague because I dont want this to hurt them in any way. Instead, I was hoping it would reflect their attention to the customer. Lets be honest, we all make mistakes. Its how we deal with them that stands out in my mind. Way to rock and ill be calling again. Thanks guys.

I have nothing but good things to say about this order from Refrigerants Center Inc. My 25 lb. canister of R410-A was delivered on time and as promised. The canister was in the original box and THAT box was enclosed in a good sturdy cardboard shipping box. It arrived in perfect condition. This was much less expensive for someone to put in for me as opposed to what I was faced with originally. Just in case anyone wonders about how much these things weigh; here is what I got. 36.4 Lb in the shipping box 34.8 Lb Without the shipping box 33.6 Lb Just the filled cannister 25 Lb Refrigerant * 8.6 LB Canister weight * assuming that there is indeed 25 LBs of refrigerant in the canister. I was leery about ordering refrigerant because of all the horror stories I had read from other people who ordered from other businesses. They complained about crushed canisters, crushed boxes. very late deliveries, no deliveries, etc. You guys and UPS did a great job getting this stuff to me on time and undamaged. Thank you!

I would recommend this company i purchase r32 good prices, shipping on time, communication a little difficult but they will call you back. Nice people to help you.

Product received within 5 days as advertised, in good condition at a great price. Just what I would have expected from any store.

I was a bit skeptical, thinking this was a scam site. But, I ended up ordering from them, after getting a call back, and discussing over the phone. I ordered 30lbs of r22. I recieved a new bottle the next day. The order status, and the Ups tracking updates were very timely.

With skepticism I placed an order of 25 lbs 410a refrigerant on July 2 2024. It arrived at my house only 3 days later, exactly what I ordered in excellent condition. Definitely doing more business with you guys! Excellent!

I discovered Refrigerants Center Inc online, searching for a better price on A/C products. After discovering they had better prices than my local wholesale supplier, I placed my first order. I received the order in 2 days, well packed. It was exactly as advertised. I highly suggest you check this company out, if you are in the A/C business. I will be coming back for more product.
