Cynthia, me and my husband Andrew want to thank you so much for your clear communication, Transparency and how friendly you are. We are former military family that just moved back to Colorado and never considered moving to fountain but a huge part of making that decision was your amazing service to welcome us into our new home. We’re so happy to call fountain home and to be working with you thank you for being such a great person and doing amazing work in Real estate. If you’re looking for a home in the Colorado Springs area give Cynthia a call for sure!

OMG the multiple miracles they did for me is just unbelievable. I was in an emergency situation and needed to move ASAP. They were able to go from the add to me moving in in about a week! This house is beautiful and the inside had been just about completely redone. They went above and beyond and even managed to get my little dogs a huge fenced backyard on top of everything else. They thought of things even I didn't. They are also extremely responsive to emails/texts/calls and always put a smile on my face! TY again :)

What can I say , Liz is a great property manager .I am glad I hired her she inherited a mess from a previous management company. She cleaned up a mess that they left and I would recommend her to any owners looking for a professional. We are glad we found someone that’s cares about our investments and our interest

The owner of Reflection Realty, Liz, has been great to work with. I have a number of rental properties and Liz has been tasked with the most difficult as the tenant, Andrea Hoyt (see her review also) has been a nightmare. In addition to being destructive, she has created 13 HOA violations, refuses to care for the yards (a term in the lease), is MONTHS behind on her payments, and is months behind paying sanitation and water. Additionally, she created an issue with the garage door opener and alarm, which we paid to have repaired, because she had her power cut off due to non-payment. We left her a brand new lawnmower as a courtesy, which she subsequently broke and now is complaining about having to address the yards. Liz has been great at handling this train wreck tenant. She successfully got the state of Colorado to pay a portion of the rent despite the errors of our previous property manager. While the tenant has left a negative review, the issue sits squarely on the tenant and her inability to meet her obligations and take responsibility for her own actions. Despite the willful negligence, combativeness, and aggression displayed by the tenant, I must also commend Liz on her empathy. Despite our desire to evict this tenant, Liz has advised against it give it is winter and she is concerned about the tenant's ability to find housing during this time period. I recommend both Liz and Reflection Realty

Great experience! It was really easy to do business with Reflection Realty. I was able to do everything online, I utilized the security deposit alternative program offered by Reflection and was approved, the app that Reflection uses makes paying rent, requesting maintenance etc. really easy. Great service and easy online process. Would definitely recommend them to all our friends!

Elizabeth Villegas at Reflection Realty has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, her email responses are very rude and unprofessional. Reflection Realty became the property manager of a property that we were renting when we had to leave the state to care for our terminally diagnosed mother with cancer. While we were out of the home, the homeowners of the property violated our lease by entering the home and starting to repair so that they can list the home for sale while we were paying rent and utilities. The previous property managers at Colorado Casa PMI informed us of this violation and let us terminate our lease. After our lease was terminated, Reflection Realty took over the property and ignored countless emails over months about our security deposit until they were able to remove the property from their responsibility only last week. Once they were no longer responsible, they contacted us and short paid our security deposit by $1,241.15 and justified this short pay by providing a utility bill during 8/16-9/06, months after we had already terminated our lease and an invoice for repairs of damages that were documented in the move-in checklist with hundreds of photos. Elizabeth Villegas has personally ignored our emails of us trying to get our security deposit over the past couple of months and just now responding saying it's our responsibility to contact the owner's as they no longer manage the property as of LAST WEEK when we've been contacting for MONTHS. I would not recommend this company to any homeowner's looking for property management or any tenants looking to lease one of their properties because they do not care about their clients, only their profits. Response to Elizabeth's Reply: It's amazing the change of tone in your public comments vs private emails where you are rude and unprofessional, your emails will be forwarded to the BBB so they can see how you truly respond. It is essential to understand that we were allowed to break our lease due to the homeowners violating our tenant's rights, this was discovered by Colorado Casa PMI. It's also imperative to understand that we documented all carpet stains, broken toilet paper holder, and many numerous other damages that we are being charged for in the move-in checklist that both you and the homeowners have chosen to ignore including the utility bill that is months after our service was terminated.

You were responsible for the property up until last week and we've been contacting you for months so your response of you're not responsible anymore and we must contact the homeowners is inconsequential. You were copied on the response from the homeowners denying our complaint and to "cease all contact".
