Refined Interiors

I used Refined Interiors for a backsplash update, and they did a fantastic job. They replaced my builder grade white tile with a beautiful moss green. Here are the reasons why I’d use them again and recommend them: 1. Excellent communication! Dan responded within an hour of my request, was super fast communicating and was able to do my project the same week. 2. Price. Dan offered the most competitive price compared to other ballpark estimates I got. I felt that for the swiftness and quality of craftsmanship, the price was very fair. Note: I had already picked out and purchased my tile, the grout, edging, and caulk so that was reflected in the price. 3. Craftsmanship. The work was very well done, I only needed to do very minor touchup paint where the tile hit the ceiling. 4. Friendliness. Dan is very friendly and just down to earth, he doesn’t have an attitude of superiority when discussing projects, and his team were also friendly. 5. Cleanup. Tiling is a messy project, but they did a good job leaving the space tidy each day. And lastly, Dan brought me coffee when his team was doing demo. I always offer contractors in my home coffee and water, but I’ve never had a contractor offer me anything, that just made me feel really important as a client. It’s a small gesture, but it felt above and beyond.

Dan and his team did a full interior remodel for me and I couldn’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish I always knew what was going on, communication was superb, deadlines were always met, and the quality of work is phenomenal. Would give more stars if I could!
