Tom created a welcoming environment that really helped me relax, he was very professional explaining each step of the procedure and addressing all my questions. I had no discomfort during the procedure which was a pleasant surprise. I am thrilled with the results as they are subtle and natural exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend to anyone who would like to look and feel fresher!

Admittedly I was quite nervous when I arrived for my treatment but I was very quickly put at ease. Tom is very professional, friendly and informative. The treatment itself was straight forward and quick with minimal discomfort. I’m very pleased with my results and I would definitely recommend Refined Aesthetics to anyone thinking of having a treatment with a natural looking outcome.

I had my Botox here today and was very impressed with the level of service and care that was provided by Tom. I did not feel pressured into having any of the treatment and felt he explained the areas he recommended I had/didn’t need well and was happy to have the work done based off his recommendation. I am looking forward to see the results over the next couple of weeks but I already feel very happy with the outcome.
