Max and his team, Dave and Mo, skillfully removed several layers of historical flooring and then installed beautiful vinyl throughout. On the first visit Max advised what was needed to accommodate the inevitable sand and water that makes its way inside. Once I chose the flooring Max took it from there. Today I can say I am very pleased with how things look and the floors are evened out like glass. Max and his team were very professional. Our flooring project was perfectly done and delivered as scheduled. They were right on time, affordable, courteous and minimal disruption to our daily lives while working on the project.

Max (and his partner Dave) recently installed our flooring in the basement. We had purchased the floor from a supplier and just needed an install. Unfortunately, after removing the carpet in the basement it was discovered that the base floor needed some work (leveling, filling in cracks etc). Max advised that the floor we purchased was not best suited for our project. He connected us with another supplier where we were able to get what we needed at a good price. Max and Dave prepped the base floor before installing and finished the project beautifully. It took longer than the original 1-2 day estimate but it was due to unforeseen circumstances and totally worth the wait! Also the value and cost at the end after all the work that Max and Dave had put in was amazing! (And I have collected many quotes prior to starting this project). I would HIGHLY recommend Refferal Flooring!

Had a pretty tricky hardwood job that I needed help with. We removed a wall, and needed to pull up a bunch of planks to run hardwood into a previously unfinished room. Had Max over for an estimate - worked out a deal, and he got to work per the project plan. Super nice guy, awesome attention to detail, and didn't cut corners when a few surprises came up that required extra work. We're super happy with the result - everything looks flawless. Thanks Max!

Max and his team did a great job on our basement flooring! Our floor needed quite a bit of work to make it level, and the guys put in a lot of extra effort to make sure that the job was done right. They are up front in their pricing, pay attention to detail, and are friendly and personable. They left behind a happy customer. Highly recommend!

Max from Referral Flooring did an excellent job on our floors. We had previously hired a contractor who was skilled at many things but had never worked with 7-inch planks before, which resulted in floor movement and squeaks over the last few years. Max knows his craft and it shows. He and his partner Dave work with speed and efficiency while ensuring a top quality install! Max gave us a fair quote and worked with us to get our floors from squeaky nightmares to a great-looking (and sounding) floor. We were so happy with the results that we decided to have the upstairs done as well. If I had more house to renovate the flooring, I would definitely call Max at Referral Flooring.
