Join us for an exclusive coursed wine dinner presented by Chef Wilson featuring some of our favorite Mexican wines from Beso Imports
We will share beautiful wines from one of the world’s most exciting winemaking regions.
The event features a special 5-course dinner with wine pairings and a fabulous menu from Chef Wilson's kitchen.

Featuring Beso Imports
1st Course Beet Gazpacho - cucumber, avocado, cilantro, feta cheese.
2nd Course Chicken Tinga - shredded chicken, house made sauce, fresh radish, tostada
3rd Course Braised beef ribs - red wine, mush rooms, bacon, onion, parsley
4th Course Chile Relleno - poblano pepper stuffed with ground beef, garlic, mozzarella cheese, topped with queso fresco. Served with green rice.
5th Course Dessert Mexican Chocolate Cake - house made with dark chocolate, cinnamon, made with dark chocolate, cinnamon, cayenne pepper.
