My husband injured his foot the first day of our trip, and without Red One Scooters our trip would have been ruined. They provided a scooter big enough for my 6'4 husband that we were able to fold up and put in the back of a cab, they delivered within 20 minutes of ordering (after a different company failed us) and picked it up at our hotel when we were ready. Cannot recommend this company enough. It's also a small business and independently owned by a great guy! ✨🥂

Red one was quick to bring Scooter and the price was great. Very easy to work even when I had never used one before. I will be recommending them to my clients in Vegas the rooms are very far from everything.

My son injured himself while in Las Vegas with his team. He was trying to keep up with his crutches, but was in a lot of pain with them, not to mention sweaty. I googled scooter rental in Vegas and came across these guys. Within 15 minutes, they were delivering the scooter to our hotel! He was finally able to keep up with his team and enjoy the last day of his trip! Great customer service and value!!

I used the electric scooter and was very satisfied with the experience. It helped me a lot during my stay and met all my needs. The rental manager, Azzeddine, was extremely helpful and responded to all my messages very quickly. I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had many questions ahead of time and RedOne's customer service was 10 -star! (I was a difficult customer.) The scooter was delivered to the hotel when promised, ran beautifully, and picked up on time.

Red One Scooters saved my trip! Somehow I injured my leg the day after I got to Las Vegas and could not walk. I looked up scooters. Zac answered my call and brought one to my location. Saved our vacation! All I had to do is leave it at my hotel when done. Easy process. Thank you!😊

We spent the first 2 days of 7 trying to get around the Rio... Neither of us walk well... We did have a walker which helped... We decided that if we were going to be able to really enjoy our time in vegas, we would have to get scooters... What a great decision that was... It transformed our time there into a wonderful experience where we were able to get around and see the things we wanted to see, do the things we wanted to do... We have vowed not to do another trip unless we can have scooters... This company, in particular, Red one scooters was so helpful in making things convenient and enjoyable...Zak and Radouani were just great adjusting our pick up and delivery times to suit our needs... even with coming to the Rio and changing out the batteries on my wife's scooter, because I had failed to plug it in the night before. They were so gracious and understanding.

THE BEST experience i could have hoped for. I'm still trying to adjust to becoming disabled and still trying to love life as normal as possible. As a hemiplegic in sun going to go and with using the other half of my body that works and Uber was pretty much taking everything i was earning over my disability. Zach/ Zack/ ( spellcheck) not only gave me a nice deal to assist me by renting it out monthly, he provided top notch customer service ( I've been in hospitality for over 20 years and still is) it was a nice, quick, and smooth transaction from beginning to delivery. And even brought up the point of it being cheaper buying one instead of renting one. Which told me he wasn't all about the money and was genuinely concerned about my best interest. Do i recommend this business? Absolutely! Will i refer others to this business? No one else but. I couldn't have asked for anything different. Thank you for everything!!! 🤎🤎🤎🤎

I rented a scooter from Red One Scooters. I never had used or rented one before. Zach was amazingly helpful and professional. I was very skeptical but he really came through for me. While the scooter was not at my hotel when I arrived as promised, I called Zach and he delivered the fully charged scooter I ordered within 20 minutes. He explained how to use it and how it came apart for easy loading into my rental car. I had no problems with the scooter what so ever. When it was time to leave, we just left the scooter at the bell desk. While it may been slightly more money than "the other guy" Zach made everything so easy and it was worth it! Thanks Zach!
