April was amazing through our move in process. She updated us as she could, and was always super nice. We never felt out of the loop as she would give us updates as she got them even if they were small. Now as we are finally all moved in, the apartments are gorgeous including for the price range. Move in processes can be really messy and April always did her best through the whole process! We are very thankful to be here.

I submitted an application and was charged for background check. Before the screening/background check was done the management called me and after the conversation I declined the apartment because the cost was more than I wanted to pay. The manager told screening had not been done. I asked for a refund because the service I paid for was not done. I disputed the charge through my bank. Money was returned and dispute was resolved. Now I'm receiving statement that I owe $40 for NSF and the original charge of $16. Stating my lease runs through 12/2026 and charges must be paid. I don't have a lease, never signed a contract or even looked at the apartments. Rent is more than I'm paying for a 4 bedroom home. Now they will not return my calls. Next step will be discussing with my very good friends husband, who happens to be an attorney. Beware of hidden charges that are incorrect.
