Steve Alexander, owner of this company, is not only very efficient and knowledgeable about what he does, he is a kind, caring, respectful man, which is rare in the business world. He’s not just a company. He did a great job installing my whole house surge protector along with ground rod, and made it look easy. He enjoys his work and communicating with his customers. Steve came to our rescue in the 11th hour when a failed outlet caused our grinder pump to shut off creating our bathroom to smell less than rosy!! He was nice enough to stop by with his family in the car on their way out to dinner just to get us up and running again. Was super helpful and took the time to go thru possible future options if we kept running into issues. I meet Steve when he was installing a generator for my next door neighbor. The company who installed my generator did a sloppy job . I ask Steve would he look at mine, he did and fixed all the problems. Steve has been servicing my generator for the past 5 years. He has done an outstanding job. I have tried other companies. Having had a slight misunderstanding with Steve we made peace and sorted out our differences. Steve came back and replaced a lot of work done by another company who I won't name but apparently are under investigation. But Steve made it all right and done a great job. We knew he had done extensive research regarding the most qualified generator installer in the area. There were no surprises and the estimate was spot on. There were challenges as our home is 100 years old. Job took extra time, but Steve and awesome employees completed task. Communication was exceptional during process. Great experience!

We have a generator installed by another company. After Hurricane Sally, we noticed install issues. My wife found Steve and Redline Electrical and he responded during the storm. He is polite, patient, and professional. He found the problem and had a fix. He worked late into the night and the system is working great. He serviced our generator. He did what the original install company didn’t even bother to do. If you are installing a generator in Baldwin in retrospect there is no better person. He works tirelessly. He is the consummate professional. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. By far the best around this area.
