We needed a new submersible pump with cigarette lighter plug attached to use with our ute, so we can fill water into our caravan without moving it offsite. Paul was very helpful, he had a pump in stock, and a cigarette lighter plug with lead as well, and he connected the two items for us with a cable extension while we went and got some lunch. He also helped us with new LED bulbs for the caravan giving advice as to what would be best for maximum downward light etc. Nothing was too much trouble and his advice was good. Thank you for such good service. Highly commend.

Brought my van in last minute to have a problem with the alarm and immobiliser sorted out. Paul was very helpful and communicative up front that they had a full schedule but would try to get to the van if there was time. When he had the time, he quickly solved the issue and charged a very fair price. I went to this place today, the service, starting with the receptionist, was excellent. Even better, the boss did not charge me anything, even though they had my vehicle for 2 hours. Much appreciated, I would have been happy to at least pay for labour. A very fair business, and efficient.

Fantastic place. I went to 2 other places to get some wires crimped, all who couldn't help me, until I got to this place. They were happy to help me and got the job done by the next day and without charging me a fortune either. Really friendly staff too.

Big thankyou to you guys Pat was great we had issues with our truck as the indicators were not going I had a good look through on all things obvious but to no success it was doing my head in to say the least i took it in to another place prior who sold me the wrong relay which did nothing for me I then took it in and left it for a short amount of time at redan auto electrical and they resolved this and found the main cause of the fuse blowing was that a wire to the towbar had very lightly rubbed through earthing on the body of the vehicle thanks alot
