I recently had my roof replaced and overall the project was great. Scott Crain, who provided the quote and coordinated the project, was easy to work with. He was clear about the pricing and scope of work, and he stayed in communication throughout the process. While there were a few minor issues, he handled those quickly. My roof is beautiful and meets my expectations. I appreciate Scott’s professionalism and straightforward approach.

Hired this company to do a roof they charged me almost 30 grand and didn't do what they said. They charged me 5 grand to resheet the main roof didn't do it. Charged me 2500 for gutter guards didn't get them . Tried reaching out to the owner multiple times to fix problems and would constantly get the run around. Now he's blocked me from calling him and now having to get lawyers involved. Beware this man is a theif.

Red Wolf Roofing did a good job laying out the details, very knowledgeable. Also did a good job installing the new roof. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they said it would be done the next week after deposit was paid, but then 3 weeks went by and their communication as to why the unexpected delays was not forthcoming or proactive. Had to reach out for updates several times. At one point we were actually concerned they just ran away with our deposit…not a good feeling. Finally the fourth week we ask it to be done or return deposit and they came through. I think if they improve their time estimating and have more transparent, proactive communication they would ease more costumer concerns.

We needed a full roof replacement. It took awhile to have the work done because they were working with a lot of storm damage work that took priority but once they started it was amazing how quickly the team worked to get the job done. The clean up was great! You could not even tell they were here. We had an issue with the dumpster getting left behind but Jason and his team were very responsive. The roof looks fabulous!

As a Licensed Public Adjuster (Alexios Claims Group), I’ve worked with hundreds of contractors across various states to help resolve insurance claims, and I have to tell you that Red Wolf Roofing has got to be one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with, especially in the Fort Wayne area. Red Wolf’s owner, Jason, is an American veteran that truly understands the roofing industry and never waivers from what’s right/best for his clients. My experience with Jason and his company has been 2nd to none, especially if/when the unexpected happens. I honestly would use Red Wolf Roofing for any roofing project that I had for NO job seems to be too big or small for these guys! They are beyond 1st Class each and every time!

Roof was not installed correctly, flashing on outside of siding. Skylight was broken and then never properly fixed. Contract wasn’t followed, permits weren’t obtained, no 3D cad drawing for precut metal. More damage was done to our home then any added value with this roof added. Wouldn’t recommend any business ran by Jason Bracht! Below are pictures to prove this job was done incorrectly and also a plagiarized warranty that was sent months after work was completed!

Sean was great to work with and very responsive. Price and value were excellent for all of their products and they provide a lifetime warranty for their superior, galvalume metal roof. I would definitely recommend Red Wolf to anyone.

Roof was completed with good quality within a reasonable timeframe. Hats off and great job to the crew that performed the installation in the mid-December cold!

It’s been two years and you can still see hard lines on the front of our roof. Was told it would settle. They’ve come out a few times and tap some down. It’s not fixing the issue, picked them because of all the good reviews and customer service but really not happy.

This roofing company is garbage. They're not sure how to perform their duties. Avoid hiring them to do your roof. Ever since my roof was replaced, it has continued to leak. I made several calls to them. Jason has always promised to send personnel to fix it. They never came to fix it, though. I should sue them with a lawyer.
