Red Wolf Roofing did a good job laying out the details, very knowledgeable. Also did a good job installing the new roof. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they said it would be done the next week after deposit was paid, but then 3 weeks went by and their communication as to why the unexpected delays was not forthcoming or proactive. Had to reach out for updates several times. At one point we were actually concerned they just ran away with our deposit…not a good feeling. Finally the fourth week we ask it to be done or return deposit and they came through. I think if they improve their time estimating and have more transparent, proactive communication they would ease more costumer concerns.

Hired this company to do a roof they charged me almost 30 grand and didn't do what they said. They charged me 5 grand to resheet the main roof didn't do it. Charged me 2500 for gutter guards didn't get them . Tried reaching out to the owner multiple times to fix problems and would constantly get the run around. Now he's blocked me from calling him and now having to get lawyers involved. Beware this man is a theif.
