I found this place through chatgpt and had an amazing experience. Was warmly greeted by Mary who was extremely soft spoken and knew exactly what I was looking for. They are directly affiliated with the RCMP for all your clearance needs. The place is conveniently located just off the Yonge-Sheppard subway line and is one level below (1st shop on your right) if you will be entering from the street level. The best part is it's open Saturdays. Highly recommend this place for all your notary, legal, finger printing and clearance needs.

Excellent, professional, and very helpful notary!
We were completing the confirmation for our child’s passport application form, and Mr. David was extremely helpful throughout the process. He guided us carefully, explained everything clearly, and did his best to make sure all the documents were correct. Although some issues were on our side and beyond his responsibility, he remained patient, professional, and supportive the entire time. We truly appreciate his assistance and highly recommend his services.
