Outside Canada but need an RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check based on fingerprints? We can help!
Red Seal Notary is accredited by the RCMP to provide Fingerprint Ink card C-216C form digitization and electronic submission to RCMP for those overseas.
The process is a little more involved than a routine submission from within Canada, but it is probably easier than flying all the way back to Canada just to get your fingerprints taken.
You'll need to have two full sets of ink fingerprints taken by the local police, get a passport style photo, attend a Notary to have your ID certified, and fill out a form or two. All the instructions are downloadable from our website linked below or by sending a request to info@redsealnotary.com.
Make sure to follow the instructions closely, as the requirements are more specific than submitting from within Canada. In particular, the fingerprint impressions themselves must be of the highest quality in order to scan properly. If your hands are dry or injured, you may want to moisturize and allow them to heal for a few days prior to getting your fingerprints taken.
This service is offered and performed by our head office at 25 Adelaide St in Toronto. Applications should be sent directly there to avoid delays.
