Custodianship Declaration for International Students
If your child is accepted to attend school in Canada, you will need to apply to the government of Canada for your child to be granted entrance into Canada. As part of this process, two custodian declarations for minors studying in Canada must be completed and notarized by a notary public. One declaration is from the parents/guardians of the minor, usually notarized in their home country. The other is from the custodian who will be available to assist the child if necessary in Canada.
Red Seal Notary has experience with custodian declarations and can help you get the form notarized and thus your child's application moving. Corporate account and monthly billing is offered to institutions with multiple custodian declarations for their students. Give us a call or visit our website to learn more!
