One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The lady I dealt with was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I went in for a simple notary service and immediately regretted it. Her attitude was so hostile that I genuinely considered leaving halfway through.
After reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who has had issues with this particular employee.
Red Seal, I strongly encourage you to improve your customer service. Clients come to you for a paid service and deserve to be treated with basic respect.
As long as this lady continues working there, I strongly recommend avoiding Red Seal Notary. I’m still stressed hours after the appointment.
