Red Seal Notary

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The lady I dealt with was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I went in for a simple notary service and immediately regretted it. Her attitude was so hostile that I genuinely considered leaving halfway through. After reading other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who has had issues with this particular employee. Red Seal, I strongly encourage you to improve your customer service. Clients come to you for a paid service and deserve to be treated with basic respect. As long as this lady continues working there, I strongly recommend avoiding Red Seal Notary. I’m still stressed hours after the appointment.

Evgeny was very professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. He understood exactly what needed to be done for my paperwork and helpfully pointed out to me that the apostille office (needed for my next step) has moved. Would definitely recommend!
