Very courteous and kind. She notarized my copies with in 10 mins and I was in and out. Walk Ins are acceptable here so don't waste time going any place else. I went to one place before heading here and this will be my go to place from here on. Its on ground floor and towards RHS of the elevators walking straight through 2 doors. Should be on your LHS.

Lack of professionalism and communication throughout the service. From the start, there was a very hostile attitude which made the experience stressful and uncomfortable. There was no attempt at polite interaction. The notary was condescending and she seemed more interested in rushing through the appointment than actually providing the service with respect. I would recommend finding a professional who values customer service.

The service is fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The downtown location is convenient, and there is a variety of services available. However, it has been observed by multiple reviewers that the staff does not pass objects/documents directly to customers' hands, instead opting to toss them on the table or desk. This behavior is seen as odd and somewhat rude. The motivation behind this habit is unclear. Addressing this issue may lead to improved customer satisfaction. Giving 4 stars for that.
