I highly recommend this firm. I used the for a house move and they were very hard working and very facilitating. Our move was delayed a bit during the day due to waiting for final transfer of funds and then pick up of the keys, but the team just waited patiently and then continued when we got the key :)

Andrei and the team were fantastic for our move. Very responsive on WhatsApp in the lead-up, and moved our things from our 1st floor flat to our new house. Furniture all really looked after, dismantled and reassembled with great care to both the furniture and the properties. Absolutely delighted with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

The move went very smoothly. The guys were great and super efficient. They packed the house in 3 hours, we were impressed. All very easy going. They also dismantled and assembled all our furniture. I also want to mention that communication with Andrei (who managed our move) was excellent. He answered every question and was always available. And lastly, after receiving a £6k quote from Kiwi for a 2h drive move I was frankly shocked. The red rose removals were much were budget-friendly. I would totally recommend the red rose removals.

The best moving experience, smooth and easy. Highly recommend Red Rose Removals and Alex and his team. Would give them 10 stars. I had to change my move dates, a couple of times, and Alex was always easy to communicate with, accommodating, patient and understanding. The price he quoted was the best out of 4 different quotes I had from other companies. And he stuck to the price with no changes. It was a brilliant stress free, hassle free, no pressure experience. The guys (2 man team) were calm, reassuring, level headed and nothing was too much trouble. From the moment they arrived they worked non stop, and were careful with my furniture and boxes. They even offer tracking on WhatsApp once they've left the old property, so you can see where they are. I was dreading this move as I haven't moved for a few years, but they made everything so easy and turned it into a great experience. I'm so happy I chose them and I've told neighbours and friends about them. I really can't recommend them highly enough. I originally went with AnyVan and they cancelled last minute so I rang Red Rose as a last minute fix. They were incredibly quite and efficient and got me a quote within minutes. Our move booking from compare the man and van did not show and on the same day Red Rose Removals were able to make the time and come out on the same day to do our move for us. We could not be more grateful! Communication was great from Alex at the enquiry stage and we were kept informed of all updates throughout. Amazing service, the movers Andrei and another mover (unfortunately I did not get his name) were so fast, considerate of my belongings and friendly! The room they moved to is located in a difficult place, being at the very top of the house but they moved all of my belongings which included an unassembled desk with no issues and no damage!
