Dr.Unsell has been my vet for the last five years. He is absolutely amazing and truly cares! I wouldn’t trust my two boys with anyone else! I also appreciate his honest approach to care and his ability to think outside of the box. My hunting dog Rueben doesn’t like anything being done to him at all— Dr. Unsell has always been amazing with dealing with him using the fear free approach. I think most vets would have quickly labeled Reuben as aggressive and always needing sedation, but not Dr.Unsell. He helped us a lot in understanding Reuben’s behavior and what type of training he needed. Also, having a bully pit I found that some Vets were so scared of my dog and would be afraid to even touch him! Dr. Unsell was never afraid, never judged him because of his breed (Mind you he’s an angel at the Vet) and has always given Money great care! Thank you for being so amazing and going above and beyond. The office staff are very professional and kind as well. If you’re looking for a great place for your fur baby look no further!

Dr. Unsell is the best and most reliable veterinarian we've met: very experienced, knowledgeable, and knows how to treat dogs without giving them stress! Our dog, almost 7 years old Black Labrador Retriever, is very active and injury-prone since he was a puppy, and we have been visiting several veterinarians across different states from AZ, MO, and finally to CO for not only his annual exams but also treatments (typically nail injuries). Our dog is getting a little picky about his vet as he becomes older, but he really likes Dr. Unsell and stays relaxed during the examination, which is the reason why we followed Dr. Unsell when he opened his own clinic. We love how they focus on fear free practices, and the staff we've met at his clinic, Lauren and Angela, are also professional and friendly. On top of Dr. Unsell and the Red Rock Vet staff's experience, professionalism, and great way they work with our dog, the clinic prices are not as expensive as previous clinics (our dog just had a surgery for his cracked toenail removal). We really feel Dr. Unsell cares about dogs' health and wellness, rather than practicing as a "business." We're so glad we could find Dr. Unsell and would highly recommend him and Red Rock Vet Health to anyone who has furry family members!

Our 7yo, Pizza Pie had skin cancer on his chest. Our previous vet told us not to worry. Dr. Usnell took one quick look under a scope and advised we remove it. He saved my dogs life! He is attentive, thoughtful knowledgeable and skilled. This is the first vet we've ever had who truly adds value to our lives. He's just the absolute best. The staff too, they are all so caring and professional. We're so grateful to have you in the neighborhood! Za and Strugi are too!

Y’all! This place! Lauren! Dr. Unsell! The Front Desk Team! I was sooooo beyond soooo glad to find out about this vet. They are so attentive, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and every other positive thing I’d want for the care team overseeing my dog. I never felt silly talking about concerns or expressing my own fear and anxiety about Guyo’s aging. Their thoughtful touches really made this a 100/10 experience.

My Caesar 🐕 just had a very major surgery that he is now recovering from and I am so grateful to Dr. Unsell and team for taking such good care of him and me with my concerns along the way. Angela, Lauren, and Courtney have been so supportive to Caesar’s recovery. I am super impressed with this practice and happy that I decided to come here when I did or it very well could’ve been too late for my dog. Dr. Unsell is very kind and knowledgable. He tells you straight and gives you solutions and reassurance. They truly care about their clients and want the best for them. First this is a Private practice, means no corporate shenanigans. My pet was entertained (toys/treats provided), loved, gently cared for with shots and blood work, and the best part was I got to be there for all of it. Dr Unsell and his staff are amazing! I followed him with my dogs once he started his practice and he will continue to be my vet as long as I live in the Springs. I knew he was a great vet but the extra caring, compassion, and prompt responses I received when my older dog had an emergency was above and beyond my expectations. Best vet in the Springs!

This was by far the best veterinary visit I've had in over 15 years of pet ownership and I can't say enough positive things about this practice. My dog isn't a fan of being handled by anyone but me and has high anxiety/alertness/hypervigilance that makes it very difficult for her to get even basic care like vaccines without traumatizing her, but Red Rock Veterinary Health gave me some amazing options to make it easier on both her and I. I feel like they truly understand what she is experiencing and actually care and want what's best for her which can be very difficult to find. I'm so grateful to have found them so that my girl can get the care she deserves!
