This vet is absolutely incredible. The time, experience, and thoughtfulness that goes into their care is unmatched. They go above and beyond to address the physical and mental health of your pets. The accommodations they have are amazing. The rooms are designed with their comfort in mind (litter boxes, water, cat trees) and they have the owners involved/present during preop and postop recovery.

We just absolutely love Dr. Dan Muelhaupt, Dr. Unsell and the entire staff at Red Rock Vet Health. We have been seeing Dr. Dan since puppyhood and we have always appreciated his wonderfully balanced and practical wisdom paired with his ever kind and caring approach. The clinic is a fear free vet and my goodness, our boy totally loved going there as the team is so welcoming and kind. They have treats and spray cheese and pup cups to help the dogs not be fearful. The entire team has such a personal and caring touch in everything they do. It was one of his favorite places to go - he just loved everyone there. We have found that their care for us has been nothing short of exceptional. Even to the very last day, their wise and compassionate care was a gift not only to our boy, but to us as a family. We are so thankful for everyone there. We could not have had a more exceptional place for our veterinary home. They are truly amazing. Thank you, Red Rock Veterinary Health.

The team at Red Rock has been absolutely phenomenal for our anxious little boy, Jax. Lauren and Dr. Unsell have gone above and beyond to work with us to make sure Jax is comfortable and able to get through a vet visit with extremely low stress. They let us do regular happy visits to build him up over time which has been a game changer. We have not been able to go inside a vet clinic for years, and thanks to this team we were able to do a full exam and even surgery. Thank you so much to the entire staff (including Angela and Nicole at the front desk), you guys are lifesavers!

The team at Red Rock Veterinary clinic are the best of the best! Angela who helped us at the front desk was so kind and helpful! I immediately felt comfortable as soon as I was greeted at the door. The exam room was so clean and my cat for the first time at the vet wasn't scared. Dr. Unsell was so thorough with examining our cat and took the time to discuss many treatment plans. I wish we would have found this clinic years ago! Can't recommend them enough!

Very impressed by this Vet. Probably the best Ive ever been with respect to thinking about ways to keep stress of your pet down. Team was friendly and Robbie the Vet was great with my dog. Old man was so relaxed he went right to bed when we got home. 😆

This place is GREAT! Out kitten has been seen by both Dr Robbie and Dr Dan and the are both fantastic, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. All the staff is amazing. Our cat seems actually happy to go to the vet. Exam room is warm, comfortable, loaded with cat furniture, relaxing background music. No “exam table”. It all happens on the floor or on the doctor’s lap. Easy parking Our appointment have always been on time Same day appointments available for urgent needs Highly highly recommended

I had a situation where my beloved Cane Corso began showing signs of extreme pain while I was visiting my parents with my dog in Colorado Springs. I brought her to this facility to see what was going on and in the most comforting way possible in the situation, they helped me. They diagnosed a severe spleen issue in my 10 year old girl and helped me with the extremely difficult and painful decision for euthanasia. The room they had prepared, and allowed us as much time as we needed, was as close to a real home environment as you could ever ask. They gave my baby girl a big bowl of meats and treats as she came in to spend time with me for the last time. I thank all the staff onboard deeply and am so grateful for the care they provided for my baby girl. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough great things about the folks here and especially Dr. Unsell. The office is so clean, nice and I really appreciated the cat specific examination room. It was the first time my cat was relaxed and comfortable at the vet. I wish I found this place sooner because this is the best vet in town. You can tell they really care about your pets and want them to have an enjoyable and stress-free visit. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Unsell is the best and most reliable veterinarian we've met: very experienced, knowledgeable, and knows how to treat dogs without giving them stress! Our dog, almost 7 years old Black Labrador Retriever, is very active and injury-prone since he was a puppy, and we have been visiting several veterinarians across different states from AZ, MO, and finally to CO for not only his annual exams but also treatments (typically nail injuries). Our dog is getting a little picky about his vet as he becomes older, but he really likes Dr. Unsell and stays relaxed during the examination, which is the reason why we followed Dr. Unsell when he opened his own clinic. We love how they focus on fear free practices, and the staff we've met at his clinic, Lauren and Angela, are also professional and friendly. On top of Dr. Unsell and the Red Rock Vet staff's experience, professionalism, and great way they work with our dog, the clinic prices are not as expensive as previous clinics (our dog just had a surgery for his cracked toenail removal). We really feel Dr. Unsell cares about dogs' health and wellness, rather than practicing as a "business." We're so glad we could find Dr. Unsell and would highly recommend him and Red Rock Vet Health to anyone who has furry family members!

Y’all! This place! Lauren! Dr. Unsell! The Front Desk Team! I was sooooo beyond soooo glad to find out about this vet. They are so attentive, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and every other positive thing I’d want for the care team overseeing my dog. I never felt silly talking about concerns or expressing my own fear and anxiety about Guyo’s aging. Their thoughtful touches really made this a 100/10 experience.
