Negativity and toxicity has a way of poisoning our lives if we donβt watch out for the signs and act accordingly in order to protect ourselves. Nothing remains the same, Life is on a constant move forward and our work is to be honest with ourselves and move with the changes. Change will continue to happen, at least in your life if you are a growth oriented person, and sometimes other people choose to stay in one level of growth while you want to thrive. Not all people will come with you, and itβs a waste of time trying to drag them along hoping they will βadjustβ to your new level of growth. Most human beings are prone to resist change because itβs uncomfortable.
The standards you have for yourself, your business, and the people you associate with must be high and continually elevating as you grow. Get rid of negative people who bring you down. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, lend you their knowledge and connections, and are strong enough to help you learn from your mistakes. Elevate your standards for what your inner circle must look like, act like, and provide. Remember, you are who you surround yourself with, so stop wasting your time and energy on people who bring you down. Take all that focus and transfer it to achieving your goals and making the space for the people who are positive, smart, and supportive πͺπ»π―π―π―π―
