What you need to do for the rest of November?
Cut your Screen Time, Small Things Matter and Home 🏡
Is always good to take the time to re charge your energy. You don’t have to answer that phone call and you don’t have to answer that text. Make sure that you are utilizing your time on the small things because that’s what matters the most especially on these holidays. Spend your time doing something for yourself or with your family. Maybe this is a time to give back to your community or donate some clothes to the homeless or even spend thanksgiving with your family. This is a time to pause, to surrender and let go of all your worries. Cherish those present moments because tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Cherish each other so that you can make new memories. Is nothing like being at home with your family and even if it doesn’t feel like a home to you then make it a home for yourself with peace and happiness. Take the time to visit a loved one that is not physically here and make them their favorite dish for Thanksgiving. This is the time to give back, to reflect how far you have come this year and also give thanks to those who have been there for you 🙏🏻
When you are eating Thanksgiving do not take pictures of your plates but instead take pictures with each other 👨👩👧 pass it a long ☺️
