From the moment I called, he spent nearly an hour on the phone walking me through everything: where to go, what to do, the best spots to eat, and all the must-sees in the Broken Bow/Hochatown area. Our group had never been here before, and he made us feel completely prepared and excited. His communication was excellent, pickups were perfectly on time, and he was not just a driver… he was a guide, a local expert, and truly the reason our trip went so smoothly. We reached out to this car rental company after finding ourselves unable to get to our cabin due to extremely icy weather conditions. We called around 6pm on a Thursday, not really sure if anyone could help us at that point. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to assist us directly—but what happened next truly meant everything. Instead of just turning us away, they went above and beyond by referring us to multiple people who might be able to help. Mark was an absolute godsend. He took the time to get us in contact with someone who could actually get the job done and even followed up with me to make sure we were taken care of. That level of care and compassion is rare.
