Inside, it looks more like a kebab takeaway than a restaurant. The waitress was very kind and friendly and spoke good English. At first, we thought the dishes were quite inexpensive, but unfortunately, all side dishes had to be ordered separately, and the portions were rather small, so the prices ended up being less of a bargain.
The food itself was good, but we found it lacking in flavor and Indian spiciness, even though we had specifically ordered it “Indian spicy.” You can choose between “Indian” and “European” spice levels, but the Indian waitress mentioned she couldn’t eat food as spicy as we requested. In the end, we paid more than expected because of the extra chilies. Without a proper lunch beforehand, the combination of one starter, three main courses, naan, and mango lassis wouldn’t have been enough to fill us up.
