This company is a bunch of con artists, 6 months in to a deck project, several construction mistakes. They keep begging I give them more money to move forward with project, they have been paid approximately 65% of project and no where near completion.

Lynneah and her team helped bring visions to life that we were told weren’t possible or were cost prohibitive from other contractors. They were able to think outside of the box to accomplish our goals and we loved working with them.

I was very pleased with my experience with ReConstruct KC. Of all the contractors that bid on my basement remodel, they were the only ones that bid to the amount I was hoping to spend. Also the addition of Lee as the project manager was a huge benefit. I have never worked with a PM that had such an attention to detail and desire for high quality work. By the end of the project, I didn't even need to review the work and point out issues as Lee already had addressed. The project did take longer than expected, but this was not a problem for me as I cared more about the project being done right. Lynneah & Allen, the owners, were great to work with and Lynneah was especially helpful assisting with the design and materials selections. I would recommend REconstruct KC to my friends and family and will use them on other projects in the future.

Lynneah and Allen helped helped us design and build a sunroom add-on to our house that turned out fantastic! We started with working with Lynneah on the design where she listened to our needs and gave helpful suggestions throughout. We are not the type of people to make decisions easily so we relied heavily on Lynneah's expertise, which was invaluable. She's a terrific listener! Once we settled on a design, Allen's team demoed and built the add-on. Allen would drop-in and check on the crew nearly daily to make sure that the crew was doing what they should and to make sure we felt comfortable with the progress. There were a couple times where we would talk with Allen because we thought something wasn't quite right, and Allen would immediately have the crew fix it without hesitation. Basically, if it wasn't done exactly how we wanted it, Allen would take care of it like a boss. For example, the crew initially framed in the room a couple inches inside the edge of the concrete pad, whereas we had discussed going right to the edge. Immediately, Allen stopped the work and had them redo it. We definitely felt like we were being taken care of by Allen. We really like Allen and Lynneah's crew as well. They were respectful of our time and any "demands" we had about working in the house (remove shoes, etc.). We had a wonderful experience working with REcontruct KC, and we highly recommended them!

Love love loved working with REconstruct! Complete kitchen remodel. Linnea is an awesome designer. She listened to everything I said and helped me completely transform the space. They stayed on budget (I may have went a little over!!) and on time!! All that saw it completed were in shock at transformation. It's now the gathering place in my home for friends and family. I will not hesitate to recommend REconstruct for any of your home building needs!!! BTW... they also scraped popcorn ceilings and painted for me, excellent job with that work also!!

We recently hired Recontuct to finish our basement, and I couldn't be happier with the results so far! They have been very helpful with designing and helping us stay within budget. The Project Manager Lee has kept us informed through out the process and we are excited to see this project come together.

We worked with REconstruct to add an addition to our attic to make it a master suite. The team was great to work with, and Lynneah was so easy to work with when we needed to change the layout. Allen and his team were communicative and worked within our timeline. During our project, a tree fell on our house, and we felt so lucky to have REconstruct already on-site. They managed to not only keep our addition on track, but also rebuilt our chimney that had been taken out by the tree. They were also great in ensuring any cost changes and walking us through what different options were. While the timeline did stretch a bit, it was mostly due to things out of their control, such a permitting and inspection times.

Lynneah and Allen were a new team when they helped me with my family room and master bath. Allen did a great job laying the floors in my large family room and what can I say about Lynneah’s design skill except AMAZING. She designed and ordered the sinks and cabinetry for my old fashioned bathroom to its timeless beauty. The quality of the work of this pair added joy and function to my home. Reconstruct did a complete remodel of my Prairie Village Cape Cod and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Allen, Lynneah, John and the team are terrific... I would-- and have!-- recommended them to anyone.
