I could have given the feedback earlier, but I waited for 1.5 years to give a realistic and factual feedback of the recliners post the actual usage by a customer and review of the after sales. At the outset, i was very impressed and remain obliged to Mr. Wasim Shaikh from Recliners India Bhiwandi branch for taking time out and guiding us in the process of suggesting and finalising minute details and customisation to our order basis our choice. Secondly he has very instrumental in getting the correct specs and good product delivered. I was quite happy and satisfied at the receipt of the recliners. I got the recliners on 15 Dec 2020 and since then have used them extensively.. I must say that quality and mechanism has been robust as had been marketed. I have till now not had any complaints even while running in 16th month. Mr Wasim has been kind to check for any issues and feedback of the product which i found very professional after sales. We were hunting for a comfortable recliner for almost 3 months and visited all the outlets and were unsure. Our requirement was it should be comfortable, stylish , compact and hassle free, one afternoon we discovered Recliners India showroom in Bhiwandi and had an engaging conversation with Anwar Iqbal the sales rep, he explained the features in detail and was very warm and courteous, we customized the recliner and bought a musterd yellow colour. The entire experience was so smooth and we got the delivery today, we are extremely happy with the product so far and I would want to appreciate Anwar Iqbal for helping us and delivering it on time and having a delightful experience.
