I sell new construction homes in Palm Coast and just completed a new home build with Dee Cunningham and her clients! She is fabulous! Dee Cunningham is an outstanding realtor who goes above and beyond in every aspect of her work. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to her clients are unmatched. My partners and I have been in the real estate space for over a decade. Julie Sabine passed by our client property in Palm Cost fronting as buyers and backed door us and this company is bad news all around. nasty business. I make sure to have my attorney look into this because I am in shock how they lied and fronted to get an off market deal.
