What can I say about this business other than they are THE ACTUAL BEST OF THE BEST! These gentlemen are exactly who you are looking for if professionalism, honesty, and excellent performance are what you are looking for. I first contacted Niko when I saw their stellar Yelp reviews and received a call back from him in lightning fast time with an appointment scheduled within the same week. Alex was our awesome technician and though his English was limited he used his Google translator to make sure I understood his findings as well as the repairs needed. He fixed our dryer by replacing the heating element that had gone out and cleaning the entire inside of our dryer that was filled with lint to the brim. He then looked at our double built in ovens carefully taking apart everything (he is an engineer *chefs kiss) and found that our ovens were in excellent shape for their age with the only item needing replacing being the control board. Niko then gave me a call to explain that since our ovens were almost 20 years old the part was no longer being manufactured however they could try sourcing the part (or one similar) and I agreed. I paid for the dryer repair as well as a small deposit for the ovens and sure enough they found the part and the ovens are up and running PERFECTLY. Niko was so upfront and honest and Alex was kind and determined to fix our items and they truly did not disappoint! Even when the first board that arrived turned out to have one small issue they said nope sending it back and getting you another that is 100% up to par and threw in a light bulb repair in the oven to boot. These guys deserve all the success any small business can hope for and I will be recommending them to anyone seeking similar repairs. Blessings and cheers to the awesome men that make up Real Tech!

Wow Niko came to take a look at my broken refrigerator today and was literally the best. He was incredibly respectful of the home and took off his shoes, communicated exactly what he was going to do, found the problem, repaired it and went above and beyond to prevent a future mouse related problem. He left the space immaculate and was incredibly informative and pleasant. I can not recommend him enough! THANK YOU NIKO!

I Called Niko with Real Tech to repair my LG French door refrigerator. He responded immediately and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. He determined that the compressor in our refrigerator was not working as well as it did when it was new, but that it was working okay for now. He said that eventually our compressor would need to be replaced when it failed to keep our refrigerator cool enough. He also fixed an our refrigerator door, which was not closing correctly. We also hired Niko to repair our washer, which he did a great job repairing. We appreciated his service and honesty and would hire them again if we need appliance repair.

I’ve used Real Tech twice now to fix my range and washer. Both times the repair happened within 1 business day of contacting Niko. Niko and his crew are transparent regarding cost and explaining what needs to be done. They don’t try to upsell. I will definitely use Real Tech again should I need appliance repair.

Have had them repair a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Niko and Alex provide excellent service at a reasonable price. They were also able to get me on their schedule quickly.

Ahmad did an inspection for a non working dryer. Found out it was the outlet. He tried to not charge me since it wasn’t the dryer. Seems like an honest dude.
