This was my first time buying a house. This can be a nerve wracking experience. I had some time constraints, but nothing extremely urgent. Nathan was recommended to me by a friend. From the first call I made to meet Nathan, he was polite thorough and actually listened to what I wanted and my concerns about the whole process. Nathan and his team answered my question immediately and if there was something they did not have the answer to they found it and got back to me very quickly. Nathan got me in touch with everyone I needed to complete the house, (inspector, mortgage team, etc...) and they were as nice and thorough as the team at NextHome Experience. With what seems like everyone buying right now, Nathan looked outside the box, and areas I might not have looked at. As it turns out that is where I found my house. Nathan worked with the Mortgage team and the whole process from starting to look until closing took just over a 6 weeks. Everything feel into place and in no small part because of the team that was assembled by Nathan to get me the house I wanted. I am not saying everyone will find their house and move in that quickly but if you want someone to give friendly advice when asked and not lead you where they want but where you want, you can not do better than the NextHome Team.
