The steady hand of a true professional. We were impressed with Jodi on the buying side several years ago and had little doubt when it came time to sell that she would be a powerful ally who could take us to through the selling process confidently and competently. That didn't do justice to how it went. Without a doubt her instincts on updates, pre-inspections, thoughtful repairs through her network of contractors, and highlighting unique and powerful aspects of the house we had lived in for 25 years led to a speedy sale during one of the more challenging times of the year in a slowing market. When we were getting overwhelmed with details, moving, and dealing with a sudden family loss, Jodi eagerly stepped in to keep work to prepare the old house for sale going when we had to step away. Instead of turning her limited time to other properties, she unhesitatingly offered to make calls, meet contractors and push forward to keep the plan on time and get the listing started as early as possible. Once on the market, she smoothed our fears and frustrations on silent showings and chased feedback from other agents so we could keep learning and adjusting to help the house find a new owner to, perhaps, take it forward the next 25 years. We didn't know what to expect or how to experience each showing that didn't result in an offer, but with Jodi's guidance, we stayed optimistic until one day the right buyer fell in love (deeply, we hope) with the transformed house.
