From visiting the shop, seeing the wide range of carpets on offer, to ordering and then installation… I cannot fault the warmness, knowledge, expertise and professionalism. This goes from the owner (Michael) all the way to the fitter (Joe). For the reasons mentioned prior, RE Rugs and Carpets are the only place I’d recommend for all your needs. Make sure you’ve emptied your room prior! This goes a long way to making sure everything runs smoothly.

Excellent service from start to finish! Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to assist us in choosing the carpet. He even came to measure up and saved us some money. Re Rugs & Carpets provided a great consultation on the different types of carpet for my rooms, landing and stairs. Provided a good selection of carpets with several offers to suit my vision, plus they can order in if you’ve seen something you like. I chose two different carpets and all look great in the house.

The service was excellent. Michael took the time to explain all the different products and was very patient while we decided on colours etc and did not try to rush us or push us into making a decision.
