Re-Nu Crawlspace & Basements

We had a great experience with Re-Nu from start to finish. Antonio, Tyler and the rest of the crew came in and thoroughly cleaned out the entire crawlspace with care and professionalism and made sure the area was left in excellent condition. The installation of the new entry door was done flawlessly—it’s secure, looks great, and works perfectly. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of our home, taking the time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend their services to anyone needing crawlspace work done! • Set up HEPA air scrubbers before beginning the mold remediation • Carefully dry-scrubbed all joists and sub-flooring • Treated the entire area with commercial antimicrobial cleaners and wood restorers, leaving the crawlspace clean, dry, and fully protected • Installed 10-mil reinforced vapor barrier that was done with great attention to detail, including proper seam overlaps to ensure long-term moisture control • Handled the soil excavation beneath the beam and ductwork efficiently, making room for proper service access • Poly-PVC crawlspace door is solid, flood-proof, and easy to use • Custom-built concrete entry well with proper gravel drainage was an impressive upgrade that clearly prevents water intrusion

We had an excellent experience with Re-Nu for our crawl space encapsulation and I’d highly recommend their services if you need crawlspace or basement work. In our crawlspace we had a perimeter drain, mold remediation, sump pump & basin, dehumidifier, foundation wall insulation, vapor barrier/encapsulation (white material on floor and walls), and a new access door installed. The entire process from requesting a quote, estimating, and completing the job was done on time and on budget. There were no surprises, surcharges, or upselling along the way. The initial job quote was same as the final job invoice. The crew was on time all five days of our project and they left their supplies, tools, and our yard tidy at the end of each day and didn’t leave any trash for us to clean up. We had one minor mixup on the model of our sump pump alarm (we paid extra for a WiFi-enabled smart alarm to notify us of pump failure) and the business owner - Nathan - came out himself within 2 business days with the correct part and installed it himself to address the issue. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and if you’re needing work done I highly recommend contacting Re-Nu.

Re-Nu impressed us from start to finish. Our initial inspection and quote came from Brandon. He spent 45 minutes answering my husbands questions about the quoted work and was extremely patient and helpful as we worked to understand the work that needed to be done on our crawlspace. Tyler managed communications through the entire process. We were kept up to date about when their team would be here and he came and did a final walk through with my husband. He was consistent, timely, and very helpful through the entire process. Finally Judd was the lead on the actual work. His team was prompt, worked hard every day and completed excellent work. They treated our crawlspace for mold, added a new water vapor barrier and installed a new drain and sump pump. When an electrician had to be called out there was no additional cost to us. Re-Nu's team was extremely helpful, patient, timely with their work, and communicated well. We are very happy with the work they did and the warranty that came with the work. Will definitely use them in the future.

We were initially shocked at our basement crawlspace restorations' cost. We got multiple estimates and chose Re-Nu based on a realtor friend's recommendation. We are pleased with that choice. Brian quoted the job for us, Tyler managed the execution, and Justin led the work team. Justin's team worked our job for 2-1/2 days. They arrived promptly and busted it all day, only taking short breaks for lunch. The administrative team was efficient and effective. Communication was great. We had no idea how much work the crawlspace restoration required and feel we got great value for the job's cost. We highly recommend Re-Nu.

The crew on site was very nice and accomodating. Dalton answered all my questions to the best of his ability any time i had one. The work that was done professionally and turned out great. They had a very hard hand dig job in some extreme heat and they did an excellent job all around. Nathan made sure that everything was to my liking and made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.

I had a huge project and Re-Nu executed it perfectly! Foundation work, bell jack supports, sill plate replacement,floor joist repair, new crawlspace entrance and door, supplemental support beam, foundation installation with wall repair, tuck point foundation, crawlspace encapsulation with electrical, crawlspace dehumidifier with thermostat and hanging kit, crawlspace waterproofing system, crawlspace mold remediation, sump pump system and float! Like I said a HUGE JOB! Jose and his crew are the absolute best! Hard working, knowledgeable, great at their job, very respectful, always kept me in the loop and made sure the job was done correctly! Each day they were here they kept the jobsite very neat and clean. Would highly recommend Re-Nu and Jose's crew!!!!

I have worked with Nathan @ Re-Nu two times now and he was great to work with! He communicated well, responded quickly, and worked around our timeline due to being in real estate and needing it done within a certain timeframe. They done an awesome job on the encapsulation and leveling the floors start to finish. The guys were super polite and kept everthing cleaned up at the end of the day. Would recommend to anyone needing encapsulation floor leveling they do great work.

We recently had RENU Crawlspace & Basements complete a major project on our home, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. When we bought our house, we knew there were some crawlspace concerns, but we quickly discovered the damage was much more extensive than we realized. The previous owners had pipes burst that were never properly repaired, which led to significant wood rot, standing water, and ongoing moisture issues. Water was trapped underneath our home, causing structural problems, fungal growth, and even throwing our baseboards and floors noticeably out of level. It was overwhelming.
