I’ve had a really good experience with RD Home Cares. The caregivers are kind, professional, and genuinely patient. They treat my loved one with respect and attention, which isn’t something you find everywhere. Communication with the office has also been smooth they actually listen and follow through. When my mom and I came by their table, they welcomed her with open arms and took the time to explain everything about their services. How is it possible that they take me out of my direct deposit because I don’t finish a course which they don't pay either . Every year with the same thing., Is time to looking for a new company, bad management, I would like to know if they policy says that if you don't finish a course they take an action to take you out of your direct deposit. Unbelievable, I'm still waiting for them to show me where it says that if I don't finish a course they take my benefit from my direct deposit, show it.please .12/26/2025, Be careful with this agency, if you change agencies they don't want to pay your last weekly, be very careful.
