I’ve lived in Bloomington for a little over six years now, I first called RDH Plumbing (Ryan) to help me install a gas hot water heater, water softener and some smaller projects. Everything was perfect, in reference to communication, service, professionalism and quality of work. I called RDH back to help with plumbing a new shower unit and Ryan introduced me to the “WingTite shower drain”. Because of this type of drain I didn’t have to lay on my back in a tight crawl space to try and install the only drainpipe I was experienced with. Ryan also introduced me to the “Polypropylene Shower Test Plug”, I followed his instructions, mudded right up to the plug, when it came time to remove it, it came right out without damaging the drywall. I can’t imagine not having RDH Plumbing to call on!

Ryan was recommended to us by a friend and his team was fantastic! They responded immediately and scheduled us right away. The work on our master shower was well done and fairly priced, and the plumber could not have been nicer and better to work with. When a second issue occured in another bath, Ryan responded himself and was there the next day. It was such a minor issue that he did not even charge me! That kind of customer service is rare these days. HIGHLY recommend!

Ryan was recommended by a friend, and we are so glad we used RDH! He and Clay installed a new water heater for us and were efficient and very easy to work with. A month later we had a problem with water leaking out of the light fixture. They came the same day and - although it was not an easy one - figured out the problem quickly and fixed it. Ryan said to give him a call in a couple of weeks so he knows the solution worked. Very thorough, and very thoughtful. They are reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. I would never use a different plumber! Ryan shows up when he says he will, diagnoses and fixes the problem. No nonsense frills. Just great customer service! He even helped me with a side project while he was here. Highly recommend!

Was referred to RDH with raving reviews. We had reached out multiple times about needing a new Sump Pump, and we never heard back from them for over a week. Same issue with allied plumbing. Platinum Plumbing got us on the schedule the very next day!

Ryan is fantastic! He installed a new water heater, storage tank, sump pump, and backup sump pump, all in one day. He showed up when promised, offered a fair rate for labor and for the items, completed the work on time, and everything works great! He is easy to communicate with, is super knowledgeable, and treated us with respect. We will be using Ryan to repair our master shower and bathtub next. Strongly recommend RDH plumbing!

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He came late in the afternoon to make sure our kitchen faucet got fixed (which is a high need item with 6 kids) and we didn’t go without longer. He actually made the faucet function better than before! Really enjoyed him and will call him in the future!

An HVAC technician i knew recommended Ryan for plumbing work, few months ago, and I am very glad he did. Ryan replaced a sump pump and installed a brand new backup sump system for me, and he did a great job. His price was very reasonable and his quote was very detailed and transparent. You'd know exactly what you are spending your money on. I then made the mistake of hiring some other big name plumbing company for a bathroom I added in the basement and they over promised and underdelovered. Half way through the job I had to fire them, and Ryan came for the rescue! And again, he did a great job finishing it. Ryan is a very responsive, reasonable, professional and most importantly friendly person to work with, and so he is very approachable. He has the patience of a saint when it comes to answering questions. And his work is flawless and thorough. I would recommend him anyday. Totally deserves the 5 stars.
