RDA Buffalo

I made an appointment to get a sway bar link replacement, wheel alignment and a control arm replacement. RDA made setting the appointment up very easy and the customer service was excellent. I was also in and out in a timely manner

Brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic of my cooling system. Was told everything was up to par after some fluid was added and are taken out of the system. By the time I made it to Buffalo minimal heat. Took my vehicle in for a second visit drove over an hour almost and was told they couldn't do a flush without doing possible damage great customer service. Better automated services exist

I’ve been dealing with RDA for a couple years now I initially took my car this time around to the Ford dealership. They are the worst. I decided to go to RDA and they helped me gave me a fair price. I’d work with Jackie and Joe and they were both amazing. RDA is really nice place to go to hard to find honest nowadays.

Every good with helping serving your need. Make sure you are find with the work done before you leave. Explain the work being done to your vehicle and price before it's done. I like that they aim to please.

Staff were very forthcoming and knowledgeable. The Doctor discussed options and gave recommendations; great customer service experience!

Excellent communication, provided comprehensive estimate, and came in $400 less than the "worst case" possibility. I could have done much of the work myself, but with the weather turning, and my work schedule, it wouldn't have gotten done. Sometimes you need to hand things over to the pro, and they are that.

I was in Buffalo for work and my F350 DRW diesel brake started making terrible noise.I called 4 shops and not a single one understand the immediate need of brake job despite the request. CalledrDA and lady was helpful.i came in they checked ordered parts and got the job done in hour telling me step by step on progress etc thank you guys keep up the good work. They also sell some fine cars n zSUV at this location

Friendly customer service, reasonable priced, they pay attention to the small details( I had bulbs that were out, torn wiper blade, low tire pressure). I am confident in their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality service.

Employees were very nice. You explained everything that was going on and told me when my car was gonna be ready or if it was gonna take a little longer appreciated it.
