I paid for a service and, as a customer I had a very disappointing experience with this RDA Buffalo.
It is a customer’s right to receive services performed competently and without causing further issues.I authorized an installation of turn signal lights, then my vehicle’s halo lights stoped functioning. I raised this concern to the company. And I was met with dismissive behaviour, ignored, and even spoken to harshly, unfairly by the workers at the front desk.
My vehicles Halo lights were fully functional before the service and stopped working immediately afterward. As a paying customer, I have the right to expect that any service performed will be completed correctly and will not damage or interfere with other functioning components of my vehicle—regardless of whether the parts are OEM or aftermarket.
What made this situation worse was the treatment I received at the front desk. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I was ignored, treated unfairly, and spoken to harshly by the by a worker Jackie at the front desk.
I paid for a service and, as a customer, I have the right to be treated with respect and to receive work performed competently. Unfortunately, this shop failed on both counts. I will be contacting Consumer Protection Office
