very poor service. Didn't handle my case properly. They did try to misrepresent my profile to the lender and later on created a mess of my case. They tried to represent my contractual job as a full time job to the lender , got approval and later on not able to complete my mortgage . I have to switch to another broker just 7 days before my closing. The worst part is that they are not refunding 0.5% of the brokerage fees. Mortgage broker who was handling my case even left this firm because of unprofessional behaviour. If anyone wants to to get details on this firm’s way of working , feel free to contact me. And to the response of their comment below : 1) I did pay 0.5% mortgage fees upfront , so why the heck I want to work with another mortgage firm 2) I answered all questions truthfully as per your questionnaire which your firm provided to me . I have nothing to hide about my wife. You misguided me , misrepresented my job profile to the lender when you already knew that I am not full time but on contract job.
